About the role

  • Sales Support Specialist providing escalation and specialized support for order/project lifecycle in technology company. Contributing to customer journey and overall quoting to invoice process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide escalation and specialized support throughout an order/project's lifecycle
  • Identifying trends and solving systemic changes with a customer first mindset
  • Contributing to success of project initiatives and the customer journey

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • 2 years of Customer service background
  • Experience in SalesForce (i.e. Able to build reports, cases and flows)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
