- Facilitate collaboration across multiple business units to drive alignment and shared outcomes
- Establish governance frameworks to manage program tracking, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Communicate progress, insights, and results clearly to leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of experience implementing process improvements using data and metrics
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL skills (or equivalent analytical tools)
- Experience in building scalable processes, project management frameworks, and schedules
- Proven success in operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
