About the role
- Program Manager overseeing contract obligations and managing all aspects of the Agency’s Enterprise Infrastructure program while collaborating closely with Government representatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract matters.
- Provide management and oversight for all technical support areas.
- Fully integrate, manage, control, and document all phases of contract requirements from initiation through completion.
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive, PWS-compliant Project Management Plan (PMP).
- Act as the lead for ensuring cooperation and communication with the Government.
- Participate in and provide meeting minutes for the Post-Award Conference.
- Ensure the timely submission and accuracy of all contract deliverables.
- Manage all contract staff, ensuring adherence to staffing levels and requirements.
- Develop and execute a plan to mitigate any negative staffing impacts.
- Implement and manage the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Develop and manage a robust Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan.
Requirements
- Must have Government IT Contracting experience.
- Must have minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT program management.
- Must have 8 years of experience managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology, process, and creative business solutions for large organizations.
- Must have 3 years of experience managing and delivering Commercial Off-the Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the Shelf (GOTS) applications, operating system software, cybersecurity tools, and databases within Government enterprise setting.
