Program Manager overseeing contract obligations and managing all aspects of the Agency’s Enterprise Infrastructure program while collaborating closely with Government representatives.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract matters.
Provide management and oversight for all technical support areas.
Fully integrate, manage, control, and document all phases of contract requirements from initiation through completion.
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive, PWS-compliant Project Management Plan (PMP).
Act as the lead for ensuring cooperation and communication with the Government.
Participate in and provide meeting minutes for the Post-Award Conference.
Ensure the timely submission and accuracy of all contract deliverables.
Manage all contract staff, ensuring adherence to staffing levels and requirements.
Develop and execute a plan to mitigate any negative staffing impacts.
Implement and manage the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
Develop and manage a robust Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan.
Requirements
Must have Government IT Contracting experience.
Must have minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT program management.
Must have 8 years of experience managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology, process, and creative business solutions for large organizations.
Must have 3 years of experience managing and delivering Commercial Off-the Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the Shelf (GOTS) applications, operating system software, cybersecurity tools, and databases within Government enterprise setting.
