About the role

  • Customer Service Coordinator at Coates ensuring optimal equipment solutions and customer service. Focus on mine site safety and compliance while coordinating equipment services.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality customer service in person, by phone, and email, with a strong focus on mine site safety and compliance requirements
  • Preparing hire schedules, quotes, and invoices in line with site standards and regulatory obligations
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns, ensuring all activities meet mine site access, safety, and compliance requirements
  • Working closely with customers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure equipment is fit-for-purpose and compliant for mine site use
  • Assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment

Requirements

  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • A desire to provide amazing customer experience
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capability to learn and absorb technical information
