About the role

  • Customer Service Coordinator at Coates providing customer service solutions and coordination of equipment-related tasks. Engaging with customers in person, via phone, and email to address their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
  • Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
  • Assisting customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment

Requirements

  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • A desire to provide amazing customer experience
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capability to learn and absorb technical information
