About the role

  • Director of Commodity Marketing leading innovative campaigns at Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL). Championing marketing excellence through omni-channel strategies across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Shape our long-term marketing vision, ensuring strategies that align with organizational goals and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with commodity leaders to design integrated programs that increase revenue and market share across sectors.
  • Support local Co-ops with tools and resources that enable successful execution of marketing programs.
  • Lead the development of B2B, B2C, and B2F marketing plans and omni-channel campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand alignment throughout.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience in marketing with an emphasis on consumer and retail marketing.
  • Experience leading a team of direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or journalism (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Affiliation with marketing and communications professional bodies (considered an asset).
  • Experience with cooperative advertising programs.
