Responsibilities
Assist with reviewing, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts and vendor agreements (including software licenses, hardware, hosted services, consulting and recruiting).

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in contract law and drafting.
Previous experience in a law firm, professional services or consulting firm is strongly desired.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and third parties.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to follow up and track open assignments with stakeholders.
Motivated individual with an enthusiasm for learning and a positive attitude.
