Responsibilities
Support the successful leasing and day to day operations of a portfolio of properties during peak leasing season
Provide information to current and future residents using exceptional customer care skills
Conduct property viewings
Accept rental applications for review and processing
Provide necessary and proactive administrative support to ensure efficient processing of applications
Maintain regular contact with the resident community to ensure complete follow up and resolution
Organize and participate in Resident Community Events
Inspect suites to ensure quality standards are continuously achieved
Use internal systems to collect, record and track activities from clients
Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting team members
Requirements
Pursuing studies in business marketing, sales, real estate and/or hospitality
Sales aptitude
