About the role

Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordination of administrative processes in the Sales division
  • Organization and management of scheduling and time management
  • Email and telephone correspondence and preparation of presentations
  • Organization of business travel and coordination with relevant departments
  • Support with projects and special tasks

Requirements

  • Completed degree or commercial vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in an assistant role, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Independent, structured and proactive working style
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and very good English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and tools for team and project organization
