About the role

  • Processing and approving new orders.
  • Invoicing dispatched order and assisting customers with tracking.
  • Setting up new customers accounts in the ERP system (Netsuite).
  • Handle any ad hoc requests from your customers (e-mails and phone calls).
  • Execute tasks specific to your key accounts.

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills in English and French.
  • An extra language, like Spanish, German or Dutch, is preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office. Knowledge of Netsuite, Shopify and/or Gorgias is a plus.
  • You pick up new systems and processes quickly.
  • You are customer-oriented, flexible, service-minded, commercial and proactive.
  • You are available 4 or 5 days a week.
