Sales Support representative handling B2B customer interactions for CLUSE's largest market, France. Responsible for order management and customer inquiries for B2B partners.
Responsibilities
Processing and approving new orders.
Invoicing dispatched order and assisting customers with tracking.
Setting up new customers accounts in the ERP system (Netsuite).
Handle any ad hoc requests from your customers (e-mails and phone calls).
Execute tasks specific to your key accounts.
Requirements
Excellent written communication skills in English and French.
An extra language, like Spanish, German or Dutch, is preferred.
Experience with MS Office. Knowledge of Netsuite, Shopify and/or Gorgias is a plus.
You pick up new systems and processes quickly.
You are customer-oriented, flexible, service-minded, commercial and proactive.
You are available 4 or 5 days a week.
