Responsibilities
Own the Project Lifecycle: Manage multiple concurrent, complex QTC projects - from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating activities and aligning objectives across a wide range of teams.
Facilitate Decisions: Skillfully facilitate critical decisions among stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Support the Framework for Change: Understand the structural framework necessary to support successful organizational or process change driven by the project.
Reporting and Transparency: Establish and maintain clear, consistent communication channels.
Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive repository of project documentation.
UAT and Deployment: Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive experience in Project Management within a SaaS, Revenue Operations, or Business Transformation function.
Expertise in formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and keep complex projects on track in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Demonstrated ability to drive consensus and manage competing priorities among senior cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating polished project documentation and executive-level presentations.
