About the role

  • Business Development Representative at Cleverep assisting clients in expanding into the DACH market. Engaging with leads, managing campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • As a Business Development Representative, you'll work directly with our customers to drive their expansion into the DACH market, learning fast and delivering real impact.
  • Campaign engagement: Manage responses from outreach campaigns, handle follow-ups, and ensure leads progress smoothly through the funnel.
  • Lead qualification: Assess inbound leads to identify high-quality prospects. Schedule meetings that matter.
  • Proactive prospecting: When needed, go beyond templates. Research and engage new prospects through personalized outreach via email or cold calls.
  • CRM management: Maintain clean, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to refine messaging, optimize outreach, and maximize conversion.

Requirements

  • You already had direct exposure to clients or customers, whether in sales, customer support, consulting, hospitality, call centers, or any other client-facing role (internships included).
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • German proficiency (must have): native speaker or strong professional proficiency with a C1+ level.
  • English proficiency: ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
  • “Quick start” mentality with high production output.
  • Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
