Responsibilities
Convert a large volume of highly qualified inbound leads
Manage a client portfolio and generate 25% of your revenue through referrals
Guide clients in structuring the best financing solution for their property projects and ensure client retention
Negotiate with banks
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and technologies while working closely with an outstanding Tech/Product team
Requirements
Initial experience in sales, preferably in B2C
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong phone presence
Analytical ability to engage in complex conversations and advise borrowers
Impeccable written and verbal communication
Curiosity and a strong desire to learn quickly by collaborating with diverse profiles (web specialists, software engineers, credit specialists, etc.)
