Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment lifecycles from job posting through to offer and day 1 onboarding, ensuring smooth, efficient processes
Use your direct sourcing skills across LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, social media, and creative channels to find exceptional candidates
Build proactive pipelines of passive talent for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles
Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external agencies as a trusted talent advisor
Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent landscape analysis to inform hiring decisions
Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing strategies and fair, unbiased candidate evaluation
Track key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on hiring effectiveness
Represent Bauer at recruiting events, career fairs, and workshops supporting our DEI and Social Value initiatives
Travel to BMG offices/depot and events as required
