About the role

  • Estate Manager managing relationships with landlords for contract delivery and overseeing construction teams in Scotland and Northeast England. Ensuring successful project completion within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all landlords to ensure delivery of contractual requirements.
  • Support and collaborate with the Construction Management team to ensure builds are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget.
  • Oversee site surveys, track progress, monitor contractor performance and maintain accurate site and project data.
  • Create a strong team alongside the Portfolio Partnership Manager, enlisting support from appropriate Operations & Construction Managers as needed.
  • Manage 30 contracts in a geographical area in Scotland and the Northeast of England.

Requirements

  • Experience of customer relationship management (having worked with or in Local Authorities would be nice to have)
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach to your work
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • Foster a collaborative teamwork approach
  • System knowledge, excel, word, and ability to learn internal systems
  • Full UK Driving license
