About the role

  • Senior Customer Development Manager responsible for driving new revenue and expanding client relationships at Clearbridge in a high-growth technology business.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Lead complex, consultative discovery conversations with senior decision-makers
  • Close managed services agreements and associated project work
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned customers
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
  • Mentor and support Customer Development Managers through deal strategy and best-practice sharing
  • Provide functional direction to sales support to ensure accurate proposals, CRM data, and follow-through
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure success both internally and externally (customers)

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience; ideally experience in Managed IT Services, SaaS, or technology consulting
  • Proven success closing complex, consultative deals
  • Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable influencing peers and working closely with leadership
  • Highly disciplined, self-directed, and results-focused
  • Valid driver’s licence and passport with ability to travel within BC, AB and Washington
