About the role

  • Own the accuracy and execution of daily site updates to ensure products, collections, and campaigns are set up correctly and visually aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage new product setup, collection page creation, and B2B catalog updates within Shopify.
  • Set up sales and promotions, including tracking and updating excess sale inventory.
  • Execute merchandising refreshes, product placements, and content updates to support campaigns and launches.
  • Partner with Marketing and Creative to ensure all assets and copy are ready, approved, and accurately implemented.
  • Conduct daily QA and staging checks to confirm functionality, content accuracy, and tagging before go-live.
  • Execute updates and automations within Shopify and related ecommerce tools.
  • Track, manage, and follow through on site changes, issues, and requests using tools like Monday.com to maintain visibility and organization.
  • Communicate with development partners on bugs, fixes, and technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor key Shopify apps such as KeepCart and Flow, flagging and escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of processes and updates to support consistent site operations.
  • Support ongoing performance tracking and testing initiatives across the ecommerce site.
  • Help identify potential issues or areas for improvement by reviewing behavioral and performance data.
  • Partner with the Director to ensure tagging, tracking, and QA are in place for site updates and new features.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, App, and Operations teams to align on campaigns, launches, and content updates.
  • Coordinate timelines for readiness, QA, and approvals to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Liaise with Operations and fulfillment teams as needed for product availability, pricing, and inventory updates.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, merchandising, or site management (Shopify experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals, site functionality, and UX best practices.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn ecommerce tools and workflows supporting Shopify.
  • Curiosity about user behavior and how it impacts site performance and conversion.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
