Execute updates and automations within Shopify and related ecommerce tools.
Track, manage, and follow through on site changes, issues, and requests using tools like Monday.com to maintain visibility and organization.
Communicate with development partners on bugs, fixes, and technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
Monitor key Shopify apps such as KeepCart and Flow, flagging and escalating issues as needed.
Maintain documentation of processes and updates to support consistent site operations.
Support ongoing performance tracking and testing initiatives across the ecommerce site.
Help identify potential issues or areas for improvement by reviewing behavioral and performance data.
Partner with the Director to ensure tagging, tracking, and QA are in place for site updates and new features.
Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, App, and Operations teams to align on campaigns, launches, and content updates.
Coordinate timelines for readiness, QA, and approvals to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Liaise with Operations and fulfillment teams as needed for product availability, pricing, and inventory updates.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, merchandising, or site management (Shopify experience preferred).
Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals, site functionality, and UX best practices.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Experience with or willingness to learn ecommerce tools and workflows supporting Shopify.
Curiosity about user behavior and how it impacts site performance and conversion.
