About the role

• Product Manager managing end-to-end development of effective cosmetics and supplements products in a hybrid model. Working closely with senior management and external partners in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Development of new product concepts in cosmetics & dietary supplements based on market, competitor and customer analyses
• Management of product development from idea to launch with external labs, manufacturers and suppliers
• Responsibility for product lifecycle management (launch, optimization, renovation, possible delisting)
• Further development and prioritization of the product portfolio
• Optimization of existing products with respect to quality, costs (COGS), reviews and returns
• Cross-functional coordination of product launches with Marketing, Supply Chain, QA and Regulatory
• Ensuring regulatory compliance (cosmetics & supplements, EU)
• Responsibility for label, artwork and approval processes

Requirements

• Experience in product development and/or product management, ideally in cosmetics, supplements, FMCG or related fields
• Understanding of formulations, packaging and manufacturing processes (not a lab role, but confident in communication with CMOs/labs)
• Experience in managing external partners and suppliers
• Confident handling of regulatory requirements (cosmetics and/or dietary supplements, EU)
• Structured, independent working style with high quality standards
• Strong commercial awareness (costs, margin, profitability)
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent German and good English skills
