About the role

  • Client Service Coordinator supporting Wealth Advisory - Retirement Plan Services in office. Handling client communications, processing paperwork, and supporting advisory services operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Wealth Advisory -Retirement Plan Service team on a national level.
  • Handle client service matters through timely and efficient communication.
  • Process client paperwork and requests while following best practices.
  • Ensure client paperwork is in good order and work with operations to correct any issues.
  • Track retirement plan establishment and appropriate documents and save to files and firm’s platforms.
  • Respond to general inquiries concerning departmental activities and operations.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience required, preferably in the financial investment industry.
  • Strong computer and word processing skills including proficiency with Tamarac CRM, Laserfiche, MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, DocuSign, MoneyLink and Schwab platforms.
