Responsibilities
Craft a pipeline of local and international projects and build and maintain long-lasting client relationships;
Participate in local and international tenders with high-quality proposals to build a portfolio of impactful projects in the public sector;
Lead project execution to provide our clients with high-quality fact-based results and create a positive impact;
Grow and manage a team of motivated and high-performing professionals - hire, mentor, and create an environment of continuous learning and development for them.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience working with public sector organizations and/or on projects related to public sector;
Masters degree in Public policy, Economics, Public Finance, Infrastructure or any other relevant field;
Professional level of Bulgarian and English language;
A solid knowledge base in at least one of following domains: strategy, infrastructure, sustainability, policy research, monitoring & evaluations, urban development, or public sector project implementation;
Experience with infrastructure projects is highly preferred;
Ability to build a strong sales pipeline;
Relevant experience in tender bidding would be a significant advantage;
Strong leadership potential to build and develop a collaborative and high-performing team;
A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects and complex processes autonomously.
