About the role

  • Leading a high-performing team focused on services-led partner enablement and AI-driven profiling at Trend Micro. Ensuring partners are profiled, enabled, and engaged effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team covering partner enablement (program management, certification, competency development) and partner intelligence (AI-driven profiling, data quality, partner classification).
  • Translate strategy into clear team objectives, embed execution excellence, and build team capability through coaching and performance management.
  • Execute the services-enablement strategy across partner ecosystem and ensure partners meet competency requirements and are equipped for services-based growth.
  • Oversee partner certification programs, training delivery, and program compliance monitoring.
  • Use profiling data to evaluate partner maturity and delivery capability.
  • Maintain partner intelligence systems health and validation workflows.
  • Partner with channel stakeholders, field partner teams, services development teams, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as escalation point for partner capability and profiling issues.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in partner management, enablement, or services-related roles in B2B tech
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience with track record of building high-performing teams
  • Hands-on experience with MSP/MSSP/SOC or service-integrator partner ecosystems
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity domains (XDR, SIEM/SOAR, endpoint, cloud platforms)
  • Strong CRM and reporting skills with proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Comfortable influencing across matrix organizations and building stakeholder trust quickly
  • Self-motivated and autonomous—comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving results independently
  • Fluent English required
  • Hands-on experience in managed security services delivery (SOC operations, MDR, incident response) desired
  • Solid understanding of European MSP/MSSP landscape and partner maturity models desired
  • Good network in European cybersecurity partner community and experience with strategic partnership models desired
  • Background in process improvement or operational excellence programs desired
