Responsibilities
Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define role profiles, prioritize hiring, and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
Identify, engage, and qualify candidates across multiple channels while ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
Advise stakeholders with clear market insights on topics such as salary benchmarks, role profiles, and candidate fit.
Conduct interviews, facilitate debriefs, and support the offer process to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
Develop and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and playbooks—for both our clients and Satellite.
Share your knowledge within the team and support colleagues with recruiting best practices.
Requirements
Experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in the tech sector or covering a mix of tech and business roles.
Experience in active sourcing and in approaching and assessing candidates across multiple channels.
Ability to advise stakeholders on market trends, role profiles, and hiring decisions.
Experience optimizing recruiting processes and tools to improve efficiency.
Team-oriented working style and close collaboration with colleagues in the Satellite team.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
Based in Berlin.
Open to hybrid working: one day per week in a Satellite co-working space plus occasional on-site days at client locations.
