About the role

  • Senior Talent Partner collaborating with startups to enhance recruiting processes and strategies. Focused on providing positive candidate experiences while integrating within client teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define role profiles, prioritize hiring, and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify candidates across multiple channels while ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Advise stakeholders with clear market insights on topics such as salary benchmarks, role profiles, and candidate fit.
  • Conduct interviews, facilitate debriefs, and support the offer process to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Develop and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and playbooks—for both our clients and Satellite.
  • Share your knowledge within the team and support colleagues with recruiting best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in the tech sector or covering a mix of tech and business roles.
  • Experience in active sourcing and in approaching and assessing candidates across multiple channels.
  • Ability to advise stakeholders on market trends, role profiles, and hiring decisions.
  • Experience optimizing recruiting processes and tools to improve efficiency.
  • Team-oriented working style and close collaboration with colleagues in the Satellite team.
  • Fluent English; German is a plus.
  • Based in Berlin.
  • Open to hybrid working: one day per week in a Satellite co-working space plus occasional on-site days at client locations.
