About the role

  • Sales Enablement Specialist enhancing Civica’s Go‑To‑Market organization through enablement programs and collaboration with multiple teams. Ideal for those excited about technology in public services.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute directly to Civica’s evolving Go‑To‑Market organisation.
  • Strengthen the capability, performance, and effectiveness of sales teams by delivering high‑quality enablement programs, tools, and training.
  • Shape onboarding experiences, build impactful content, and support performance‑focused initiatives such as cross‑sell programs and pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, sales teams, product marketing, and strategy functions to ensure our teams are equipped to scale, adapt, and thrive during a period of significant commercial transformation.
  • Work in a collaborative, dynamic, and purpose‑driven environment, offering exposure to complex commercial programs and an opportunity to develop deep expertise in Sales Enablement.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to support sales enablement programs that drive commercial performance.
  • Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and cross‑functional teams to produce high‑quality enablement content and materials.
  • Ability to develop training assets, onboarding experiences, and sales artefacts that strengthen capability and accelerate performance.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas and collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated proactive mindset with a genuine desire to support the success of others.
  • Ability to work effectively within a rapidly evolving Go‑To‑Market environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the capability to influence and support commercial teams.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a growth‑oriented approach to professional development.
  • Marketing‑related qualification or practical experience supporting sales or commercial teams (e.g., content creation, campaign coordination, preparing sales materials, or supporting customer‑facing activities).
  • Commitment to contributing to a scalable Sales Enablement strategy aligned to Civica’s multi‑vertical GTM transformation.
