Responsibilities
Identify target accounts and build a structured outreach strategy across priority segments and geographies.
Qualify opportunities using clear criteria (e.g., volume, chemistry, form factor, certification requirements, target cost, timeline, decision process).
Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM.
Lead customer discovery to define requirements for cells, modules, or packs (capacity, power, C-rate, cycle life, temperature range, size/weight, charging profile, safety).
Prepare and manage quotations (pricing, Incoterms, lead times, MOQ, delivery schedules, warranty).
Grow strategic accounts through cross-selling and multi-program expansion.
Track competitor offerings, pricing benchmarks, and customer buying criteria.
Requirements
3–8+ years in B2B business development/sales within batteries, electronics components, e-mobility, energy storage, power tools, or adjacent industrial OEM sales.
Track record of managing complex, technical sales cycles with procurement + engineering stakeholders.
Strong commercial skills: pricing, negotiation, contracts, and pipeline management.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, operations, supply chain).
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical trade-offs into customer value.
