Sales Solutions Lead specializing in technology integrations within Netflix's advertising strategies. Collaborating with clients and tech providers to enhance media planning and campaign measurement.
Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert on clean room integrations (Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Google PAIR, LiveRamp/Habu, InfoSum, etc.).
Lead technical integration discovery and requirements gathering with clients, agencies, and partners to align business needs and technical solutions.
Ensure all solutions meet security, privacy, and performance requirements.
Develop reusable patterns, playbooks, and best practices for scalable, privacy-first activations.
Translate complex data capabilities into actionable strategies for advertisers.
Guide clients and agencies through technical decisions, offering best practice recommendations to maximize business impact.
Design and present custom clean room and agency platform integration strategies that drive adoption and ad spend.
Develop case studies, technical documentation, and implementation guides to enable commercial teams and clients.
Drive adoption of new product features, tools, APIs, and integrations.
Review and optimize solution performance across integrations and campaigns.
Conduct architectural reviews to ensure solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with standards.
Collaborate with product teams on feature requirements and influence product roadmap decisions.
Partner with Product and Engineering counterparts on implementations, ensuring delivery against agreed technical designs.
Requirements
5+ years in digital media, advertising technology, or related technical architecture roles, with at least 3+ years in data strategy, ad tech, martech, or clean room integration.
Experience leading solution design and implementation for enterprise or large-scale advertising clients.
Proficiency in first-party data strategies, identity resolution, and measurement frameworks and methodologies.
Strong knowledge of data clean room technologies and privacy-first audience activation with firsthand experience leveraging at least one of Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, LiveRamp/Habu, Google Ads Data Hub, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), or Google PAIR.
Familiarity with agency tools and systems used for planning, buying, and measurement.
Familiarity with at least one public cloud (AWS, Google, Microsoft) and common data formats, pipelines, and ETL.
Strong SQL skills required.
Baseline knowledge of Python required.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable API-based solutions for advertising or marketing use cases.
Comfort interpreting and communicating API specifications.
Familiarity with privacy preserving techniques (differential privacy, encryption, synthetic data) preferred but not required.
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in advertising and audience strategies.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and related best practices.
Ability to mentor others and foster technical knowledge sharing.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering, legal, and marketing teams.
Excellent client-facing presentation and consultative selling skills.
