About the role

  • Lead Performance Marketing Manager driving performance marketing strategies and campaigns for Circle K across European markets. Collaborate with local teams for effective strategy execution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead performance marketing manager for all performance-led projects and campaigns.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for Circle K’s European Markets.
  • Lead performance marketing for B2B, B2C Loyalty, Search and other EU-wide projects.
  • Collaborate with local market specialists and commercial teams to adapt and localize performance improvements.
  • Monitor performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital performance marketing.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience in working with martech tools such as DMP.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Dynamic Creative Optimization.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is considered as an advantage.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in English, additional local languages relevant to European market will be considered as an advantage.
