Responsibilities
Support the Marketing team in Arizona
Create effective communication channels across departments
Regularly interact with Marketing, Operational Excellence, Operations, and HR departments
Finish the internship with broad experience in marketing and communication in the retail industry.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Manage organic social media marketing - grow followers, increase reach, and improve engagement on our platforms.
Proficient knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Basic knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including grammar and copywriting).
Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing/social media marketing/content creation.
Familiarity with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
Previous internship or experience in social media or digital marketing is a plus, but not required.
Must have a valid drivers license and be able to travel around PHX Valley as needed.
Must be able to travel into the Tempe Office for occasional meetings.
