About the role

  • Mobile Team Manager leading a team of Mobile Financial Service Representatives at CIBC kiosks. Delivering exceptional client experience and focusing on sales of CIBC deposit accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Mobile Financial Service Representatives at CIBC kiosks located within multiple Costco Warehouses
  • Deliver exceptional client experience and deepen client relationships
  • Focus on sales of CIBC deposit accounts
  • Uncover referral opportunities for our banking centres
  • Create a positive and productive working environment
  • Monitor business performance and implement action plans to close gaps

Requirements

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Well-developed sales management and advisory coaching experience and skills
  • Solid understanding of sales and sales management processes
  • Knowledge to ensure efficient and effective client experience while maximizing business opportunities
  • Current accreditation in good standing Mutual Funds License
  • Certification of Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada and Branch Managers’ Course (BMC) or Branch Compliance Office Course (BCO) is an asset
