Responsibilities
support clients within your portfolio on all day-to-day service and support requests
onboard new Commercial Banking clients
perform after-sales service support to Commercial Banking customers
maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
coordinate and execute account maintenance and cash management solution requests
act as the main point of contact for an assigned base of clients
coordinate changes to account information and existing Cash Management products
provide clients with required documentation to implement account & cash management solutions
Requirements
