Responsibilities
Provide support to Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Customer Success Management and Marketing departments
Salesforce ops administration: Review, update, account upload and download, find leads and opportunities
Data base cleanup, update information, send contracts, modifications, etc
Point of contact and communication between Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Service, Customer Success Management, and other departments
Remedial plans for platforms issues, technical, communication and processes problems
Data base creation, crossing and analysis
Users update in platforms (registration, depuration, and other changes)
Send tickets to operation department
Accounts analysis and leads assignment to sales representatives
Requirements
Bachelor´s degree
Experience in sales administration (providing support to sales representatives)
Soft skills: Organization, patience, proactive, planning and prioritization
Excel advanced
