About the role

  • Sales Administration Analyst providing administrative support to multiple departments in a fast-growing data company in Latin America. Responsible for Salesforce ops and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Customer Success Management and Marketing departments
  • Salesforce ops administration: Review, update, account upload and download, find leads and opportunities
  • Data base cleanup, update information, send contracts, modifications, etc
  • Point of contact and communication between Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Service, Customer Success Management, and other departments
  • Remedial plans for platforms issues, technical, communication and processes problems
  • Data base creation, crossing and analysis
  • Users update in platforms (registration, depuration, and other changes)
  • Send tickets to operation department
  • Accounts analysis and leads assignment to sales representatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor´s degree
  • Experience in sales administration (providing support to sales representatives)
  • Soft skills: Organization, patience, proactive, planning and prioritization
  • Excel advanced
  • English advanced
