Senior Learning and Development Operations Coordinator supporting learning and development at CHS. Coordinating training logistics and program management for a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Coordinate Training Logistics: Schedule sessions, reserve rooms, arrange catering, prepare materials, and manage shipments for training events.
Maintain Records: Keep training schedules, rosters, and program details up to date using Excel, ShparePoint, SuccessFactors (SAP), and Learning Pool.
Vendor Partnership: Order and manage training toolkits and miscellaneous training supplies needed by facilitation team.
Enable the L&D Team: Prepare reports, create presentations, organize L&D team weekly, monthly, and quarterly conferences, seminars, and team-building activities.
Project Management: Oversee multiple tasks concurrently to ensure successful execution of training programs and events.
Act as liaison: Manage the shared L&D calendar and email for program inquiries, problem solve and troubleshoot, connect with resources to ensure follow up to inquiries
Program Support: Provide on-site support to ensure smooth training operations or produce virtual learning sessions in MS teams.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED
3+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, Executive Assistance, or Human Resources
Advanced skills in Microsoft Planner (or Microsoft Project)
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple events, projects and learning initiatives
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
