About the role

  • HR & Performance Manager managing people operations and performance for digital marketing agency in Latin America. Combining structure and people leadership with a focus on data-driven HR decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of end-to-end people operations, including policies and compliance
  • Lead payroll and personnel administration (Departamento Pessoal) operations in Brazil, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for finance and legal partners
  • Ensure hiring decisions are aligned with budgets and business needs
  • Own the company performance framework, including KPIs and review cycles
  • Continuously improve HR systems such as Factorial and ClickUp

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian payroll and personnel administration
  • Previous experience in People Management or People Operations
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, budgets, and performance data
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes
  • Experience with HR systems and an interest in automation
