PR Manager responsible for engaging media and influencers to drive brand awareness for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in South Europe. Collaborating with PR and marketing teams, managing budgets and strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop exceptional PR strategies for the market which drive brand awareness, influencer VIT and provide support to the region’s business objectives.
Promote and respect core brand values and work closely with all departments (from sales, digital, training & education, NPD, global, design and marketing) and partners to deliver integrated campaigns and relevant content.
Work closely with marketing to devise and deliver record breaking launch activity for each new launch (product or region).
Manage regional PR budget trackers with confidence.
Work with retailers to bring our own strategy to life with their PR teams, bringing retailer comms on the brand journey.
Create and manage communication and VIP strategies and plans to support brand portfolio and NPD, driving brand pillars and delivering on key brand objectives.
Propose launch plans for key NPD activity and marketing campaigns and deliver plans for securing and utilising celebrity and digital influencer credentials; along with VIP.
Guide local agencies to develop and secure consistent, regular, quality and on-Brand advocacy (print, .com, broadcast and social) across all key advocacy outlets with key focus on ROI.
Develop plans to create an enviable corporate image for Charlotte Tilbury within the beauty industry and beyond.
Requirements
Ideally, you have strong, demonstrable experience within PR, either from Beauty/Fashion or agency side.
You are experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair.
Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills, you can influence up with ease.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, creative and solution oriented, with a results driven mindset.
You have experience in the digital landscape – the PR team manage all digital mega influencers!
You can create an open and collaborative environment to work in, be flexible, adaptable and have a willingness to learn.
You are able to navigate and negotiate around obstacles, you can pivot with ease, highly organised and know how to manage difficult conversations.
Hands on practical approach, willing to get ‘stuck in’ when necessary!
Please note, you need to be flexible and able to travel across the EU region as and when needed.
