About the role

  • Marketing Executive responsible for delivering marketing campaigns for Charlotte Tilbury's products in Southern Europe while building collaborative relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive trade execution of the marketing calendar in line with New Product Launches and strategic focuses.
  • Responsible for the creation and sourcing of all marketing support in line with direction from Global Marketing.
  • Build collaborative relationships and excellent communication with key stakeholders including Global Marketing, Sales & Education, Retail Operations, external suppliers and retail partners.
  • Drive local eventing including the coordination of Masterclasses.
  • Develop, drive and implement promotional campaigns, special events and any other tactical opportunities as well as measuring & sharing the results of these initiatives with the wider team.
  • Support the team with the launch of the Charlotte Tilbury brand in new stores and markets across the region.
  • Budget management, including the timely and accurate raising of Purchase Orders to deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
  • Offer creative support as well as administrative support to the marketing department.
  • Point of contact for all marketing related queries from the field and head office teams.
  • Create and cross check the marketing communications to head office and field teams including the timely preparation of weekly updates and Launch Activation Packs.
  • Contribution to and preparation of marketing reports as and when required.

Requirements

  • You have some experience in a similar Marketing Executive position, within Beauty or Fashion.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner, ruthlessly prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders with ease.
  • You have the confidence to work well on your own as well as part of a team, you are a huge collaborator!
  • Creative and unorthodox thinker, able to push projects forward in an unstructured environment.
  • Have a flexible and professional attitude, you are hungry to learn and welcome challenge!
  • An excellent communicator comfortable presenting, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view.
  • Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven.
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills.
  • A natural curiosity, passion and love for the beauty industry!
