Responsibilities
Expand and manage the German partner network
Identify new business opportunities
Acquire and manage tenders (RFPs)
Drive revenue growth in the B2B segment
Operational responsibility for partner recruitment, qualification, and enablement
Revenue planning, forecasting, and business reviews
Close collaboration with Marketing, Product & Service teams
Contribute to the planning and execution of partner events and trade shows
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or a related field
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Experience and a strong network in the EV sector are a significant advantage, ideally with a B2B sales background
Proven track record selling metrology/measurement-law-compliant (billing-compliant) charging stations
Experience winning tenders (RFPs) and/or building partner networks
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers
Native German speaker and fluent in English, both written and spoken
