About the role

  • SDR facilitating lead contact and qualification for sales growth at a tech company. Engaging with inbound leads and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound lead outreach, ensuring prompt and accurate contact with potential customers;
  • Qualify leads for the sales team, ensuring opportunities are mature for commercial engagement;
  • Maintain effective and organized lead follow-up, ensuring CRM records are kept up to date;
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize prospecting and outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, preferably as an SDR or in related roles;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proactivity and a desire to learn and grow within sales;
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools.
  • **Differentials:**
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Exactsales;
  • Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn and Apollo.
