Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees
  • Provide guidance and partnership on compensation and benefits
  • Conduct exit surveys and focus groups
  • Build strong relationships across the business

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field required
