  • Senior Project Manager contributing to Cerapedics' mission through driving key projects and efficient execution. Leading diverse teams to achieve commercial, infrastructure, and operations objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and lead distributed, cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
  • Manage project milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities.
  • Support Commercial organization on high-impact initiatives.
  • Prepare updates for senior leadership.
  • Drive key initiatives to support company expansion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budget, and resource tracking.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Experience leading diverse and complex projects and programs.
  • Experience leading medical device or pharmaceutical projects.
  • Understanding and experience with a wide range of project management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to engage and influence cross-functional colleagues.
  • Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with one or more project management scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project).
  • Experience in process development or optimization.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
