- IT Payroll Consultant supporting LessorLøn implementation and training for clients in Denmark. Collaborating with clients and teams to ensure effective payroll solutions.
Responsibilities
- Implementering og support af lønsystemet LessorLøn (Cloud) samt evt. planlægning /tid på LessorWorkForce.
- Sikre en smidig overgang for kunderne fra deres tidligere lønsystem til LessorLøn (Cloud) med udgangspunkt i et gennemprøvet implementeringsforløb.
- Support og træning til slutbrugere, og sikre at de er fortrolige med systemet.
- Arbejde tæt sammen med kunderne for at forstå deres behov og sikre, at systemet opfylder deres krav.
- Fremme teamsamarbejde ved at arbejde tæt sammen med andre konsulenter og specialister for at levere omfattende lønløsninger.
- Deltage aktivt i vidensdeling og best practice udveksling inden for teamet og med kunderne.
- Tæt samarbejde med Lessor A/S.
Requirements
- Erfaring med lønsystemer - specifikt LessorLøn (Cloud) og evt. LessorWorkForce.
- Erfaring med implementering af lønsystemer hos kunder.
- Stærk forståelse af lønregler og overholdelse.
- Fremragende problemløsnings- og analytiske færdigheder.
- Erfaren med Excel
- Kendskab til overenskomster og evt. tidsregistreringssystemer og HR-systemer.
- Stærke kommunikations- og interpersonelle færdigheder.
- Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt og som en del af et team.
- Erfaring med at fremme teamsamarbejde og vidensdeling.
- Taler og skriver flydende dansk – og gerne engelsk.
