Responsibilities
Will perform the following tasks:
Setting up projects and contracts into ERP.
Edits contract/project data as needed.
Extracts documentation needed to support audit requests.
Responds to support queries within defined SLAs.
Must provide coverage on rotational basis on holidays.
Must have a keen attention to detail.
Requirements

Responds to support queries within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) from internal / External resources.
Must be flexible to work in shifts and provide coverage on rotational basis on holidays.
Should have worked in an ERP process environment with working knowledge of email communication to support internal business stakeholders.
Must have a keen attention to detail for accuracy and troubleshooting complex situations.
Any Graduate / B.com or Accounting graduate / post graduate / CA Inter / Cost Accountant Intermediate with 3-7 years relevant experience.
Willingness to work in a team is a must.
