Responsibilities
Independent responsibility for carrying out the monthly payroll
Processing the monthly payroll for a defined group of employees
Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
Maintenance and review of payroll-relevant data in P&I LOGA and Workday
Performing regular data reconciliations and identifying discrepancies
Ensuring efficient interface processes between Workday and LOGA
Handling time and attendance processes
Point of contact for payroll inquiries
Preparation of certificates and reports
Participation in projects and process optimizations
Support during audits and year-end closing activities
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training
At least 5 years of professional experience
Ideally with an additional qualification in payroll accounting (e.g., Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
Strong knowledge of payroll tax, social security, and employment law
Confident user of P&I LOGA, particularly the Payroll, Position Plan (Stellenplan), and Report Generator modules
Practical experience with Workday
Experience in managing and contributing to HR projects
