About the role

  • Process Improvement Lead driving multimillion-dollar cost savings and operational excellence in pharmacy fulfillment networks. Leading high-impact Lean Six Sigma initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver multimillion-dollar annual cost savings and sustained operational excellence across pharmacy fulfillment and distribution networks
  • Own a portfolio of process improvement projects that achieve significant, quantifiable annual cost savings
  • Lead rapid-improvement (Kaizen) events and large-scale transformation programs
  • Define, quantify, validate, and report financial impact of initiatives
  • Influence executive stakeholders through data-driven insights
  • Leverage value-stream mapping, gemba, statistical analysis, visualization tools, and SQL
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the 8 wastes in an operation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related technical field
  • Certification in Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, large-scale distribution, or pharmacy operations
  • Minimum of 5 or more years of project leadership experience
  • Proven track record of leading successful Kaizen and delivering tangible results
  • 10 years experience or greater in Process Improvement / Transformation experience
