Requirements
5-8+ years of relevant experience
Proven Sales Hunter
Solid experience in managing enterprise-level or strategic accounts across Ghana markets
Skilled in uncovering client growth potential through structured upselling and cross-selling strategies
Proven ability to contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans
Deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and sector-specific dynamics across Ghana
Experience working in close alignment with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams
A strong track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas and KPIs
High level of commercial and financial acumen
