Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated sales strategies tailored to the Ghana market
  • Identify high-impact opportunities and growth levers in priority sectors
  • Manage a portfolio of large, strategic accounts across Ghana
  • Conduct comprehensive market intelligence across Ghana
  • Build and lead a high-performing, distributed sales team across Ghana
  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with top-tier clients
  • Develop and maintain country-specific sales dashboards and KPIs
  • Partner with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to deliver a unified customer experience

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven Sales Hunter
  • Solid experience in managing enterprise-level or strategic accounts across Ghana markets
  • Skilled in uncovering client growth potential through structured upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Proven ability to contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans
  • Deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and sector-specific dynamics across Ghana
  • Experience working in close alignment with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams
  • A strong track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas and KPIs
  • High level of commercial and financial acumen
