About the role

  • Sales Director responsible for scaling B2B payout solutions at Cellulant, a leading fintech in Africa. Driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own the B2B payouts sales strategy across the assigned markets and verticals, driving high-value client acquisition and revenue expansion.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales managers and executives, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance targets.
  • Oversee full sales cycles for strategic accounts, including opportunity identification, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CFOs, CTOs, operations, and finance leaders at target organizations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop bespoke payout solutions aligned with client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced qualifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management within fintech, payments, banking, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B payments, bulk disbursement workflows, and digital financial ecosystems.
  • Experience in designing, selling, or scaling payment technology solutions/platforms.
