About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for entire sales process including client acquisition and contract signing for a SaaS platform. Collaborate with teams to generate leads and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process: Take responsibility for the entire process, from acquiring new B2B customers to successfully closing contracts
  • Lead generation: Develop strategies for generating new leads together with other departments, use modern tools such as our CRM, and bring your ideas to life
  • Win people over with your personality: Enthuse international prospects about our SaaS platform through in-person or digital product presentations
  • Attend national and international trade shows as a visitor or exhibitor and continuously expand your network
  • Identify and secure strategic international partners that contribute to the company's growth and support the development of long-term relationships
  • Keep a close eye on the industry: Spot emerging market trends and prospect needs early, act proactively and derive new ideas

Requirements

  • Passion for B2B sales
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong customer- and service-orientation
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Enjoy building long-term customer relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
