Responsibilities
New customer acquisition in the IT and telecommunications (IT/telecom) B2B market, including identifying target customers (system integrators, distributors, resellers, manufacturers)
Consulting and needs assessment: Online presentations of the ITscope platform, demonstrating value and proposing tailored solutions
Managing the sales process: From preparing quotes, through contract negotiations, to closing deals
Supporting new and existing customers: Identifying cross- and upselling opportunities and strengthening customer retention
Market monitoring: Identifying trends in the IT/telecom market and incorporating them into the sales strategy
Close collaboration with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign development
Participation in trade shows and industry events
Requirements
You have completed commercial training, hold a degree in business administration, or possess comparable qualifications
You have several years of sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the IT/telecom sector or SaaS sales
You possess strong communication and negotiation skills
You have experience working with CRM systems
You work independently and in a structured way and have a high level of self-motivation
You have an affinity for IT topics and an understanding of digital business processes
Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills
