About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for B2B customer acquisition and onboarding for ITscope's sales platform. Collaborating with marketing and managing client relationships in the ITK sector.

Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition in the IT and telecommunications (IT/telecom) B2B market, including identifying target customers (system integrators, distributors, resellers, manufacturers)
  • Consulting and needs assessment: Online presentations of the ITscope platform, demonstrating value and proposing tailored solutions
  • Managing the sales process: From preparing quotes, through contract negotiations, to closing deals
  • Supporting new and existing customers: Identifying cross- and upselling opportunities and strengthening customer retention
  • Market monitoring: Identifying trends in the IT/telecom market and incorporating them into the sales strategy
  • Close collaboration with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign development
  • Participation in trade shows and industry events

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training, hold a degree in business administration, or possess comparable qualifications
  • You have several years of sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the IT/telecom sector or SaaS sales
  • You possess strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You have experience working with CRM systems
  • You work independently and in a structured way and have a high level of self-motivation
  • You have an affinity for IT topics and an understanding of digital business processes
  • Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills
