Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy.
Create visually appealing content including videos, reels, and on-trend assets.
Monitor social media channels and analyze performance to drive growth and engagement.
Ensure all social media content complies with company policies and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign objectives.
Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages professionally.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns including AB testing and budget allocation.
Requirements
Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field are considered an asset.
Proven experience managing social media platforms and executing digital campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Strong written and spoken English.
Professional knowledge or native languages are considered a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
Solid understanding of current social media trends, AI and AEO and current best practices.
Ability to develop and implement both strategic plans and day-to-day social media activities.
Familiarity with social media management tools and basic knowledge of paid social and lead-gen advertising.
