Responsibilities
Performance monitoring
Support and monitor 3 teams, maintaining a clear view of capacity, deliveries and bottlenecks
Help teams read and improve metrics such as throughput, lead time/cycle time, WIP, aging, predictability, rework/defects, and SLA (as applicable)
Identify trends (e.g., growing queues, high WIP, recurring blockers) and propose simple corrective actions
Facilitate (with supervision when needed) ceremonies such as daily, planning, review, retro, refinement and cross-team alignment rituals
Ensure ceremonies produce concrete outcomes: decisions, next steps, owners and dates
Help teams keep the board “alive” (Jira) with correct statuses, well-described items and explicit blockers
Support the adoption of practices such as WIP limits, classes of service, definition of ready/done criteria, pull policies and refinement improvements
Log impediments and help unblock them with support from leadership, POs/PMs and partner areas
Lead small improvement initiatives (e.g., “one improvement per sprint”, retro action plans, workflow adjustments)
Requirements
Initial experience with agile teams: Scrum and/or Kanban
Strong facilitation skills and clear communication (especially to run ceremonies)
Organizational skills to work with 3 teams (prioritization, cadence, follow-up)
Basic understanding of flow and delivery metrics: throughput, lead time/cycle time, WIP
Familiarity with flow management tools (Jira)
Experience with performance-oriented teams (SLA, operations, digital channels, support, or high-cadence product teams)
Knowledge of quality practices (DoR/DoD, acceptance criteria, bug management)
Basic knowledge of discovery and collaboration with PO/UX (not mandatory)
Experience preparing weekly reports and interpreting data
