About the role
- Join our Insurance International team as a (Senior) Consultant – Scrum Master to lead agile transformation and digitization initiatives. Coach teams, facilitate agile ceremonies and help integrate AI and new technologies into agile processes.
Responsibilities
- We are expanding our Insurance International team and are looking for you as a (Senior) Consultant (all genders) – Scrum Master, International Insurance at the location of your choice.
- You will work on exciting projects focused on digital transformation and agile transformation and digitization initiatives.
- You will advise our clients in the insurance sector on agile transformation and digitization projects.
- You will support teams in transitioning from traditional management methods to modern agile ways of working.
- You will facilitate agile events such as Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives and coach teams with a clear focus on Inspect & Adapt.
- You will represent the team externally and ensure close coordination with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- You will analyze clients' existing processes, culture and technologies and continuously develop their agile practices.
- You will prepare client meetings, lead workshops and strengthen shared understanding through active facilitation.
- You will contribute your own ideas and support teams in the development of their services — always with a growth mindset and a commitment to improving together.
- You will help integrate new technologies and AI-supported tools sensibly into agile processes.
Requirements
- You have a completed university degree.
- You have professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, agile project manager, or in a similar role.
- You have practical experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, VersionOne, Azure DevOps).
- Ideally, you have supported transformations from traditional organizations to (scaled) agile structures.
- You bring domain knowledge from the insurance sector (primary insurance or reinsurance).
- You have very good German and English language skills.
- You embody an agile mindset: you promote self-organization, learn quickly from feedback, create transparency and are open to change.
- You have a strong growth mindset: you see challenges as opportunities, continuously develop yourself and inspire others.
- You are interested in new technologies, including AI, to optimize agile ways of working.
