About the role

  • Sales Manager supporting and advising B2B partners and B2C customers at Viessmann Climate Solutions. Driving dynamic growth while representing the company at events and trade fairs.

Responsibilities

  • You are the strategic interface and act as the primary contact for our internal and external partners during customer acquisition and order processing.
  • You are responsible for revenue and sales performance in your assigned territory.
  • You independently resolve customer inquiries, including complex cases, and empathetically identify and address customer needs.
  • You represent our company at partner events and trade fairs within your sales area.
  • By proactively sharing insights and experiences within the team, you and your colleagues benefit and strengthen your collective capabilities.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a completed university degree
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in sales management
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools is an advantage
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B)
